Hi Dee. Which exact phones are we talking about here? If the SIM still fits; To activate your new phone, you can visit their website to activate or text the word ACTIVATE to 611611. I've read though from others that they buy a new SIM kit for a new phone and transfer number and minutes there to avoid any problem in the future.
