If you're looking for an all-in-one touch-screen device and you're on a budget, check out the Archos 70,...

Perhaps the best feature of the Kyros Tablet is its price. Its lack of support for Flash (which eliminates access to a huge amount of content on the Web), the lack of a rear camera, and the lack of support for the Android Market, renders it less than ideal for business and other serious tablet applications. However, considering its respectable performance, support for HDMI HD output, and the versatile USB port, this tablet is a viable option for casual Internet users and families who need an efficient way to manage and play today’s digital media, such as photos, music, and videos.
