Fone Arena

Great build quality, top-notch performance

LG G6

from Fone Arena
The LG G6 is a great smartphone and is one of the best available on the market at the moment. It is great to see LG go back to basics and concentrate on what the market actually needs instead of trying to impress the market with stuff they think it needs. The wide-angle camera, fully manual video mode, 18:9 aspect ratio display and compact size all are unique offerings and attribute to the great smartphone that it is... Full review

Phablet’s worst nightmare

LG G6

from Digital Trends
Should you buy it? Yes. The G6 is not only the first major flagship smartphone out in 2017 that we really adore, but it’s also a return to what makes us love LG phones — subtle yet beautiful design, a brilliant standout feature, and a cracking camera. The software is good, too, with Google Assistant installed rather than a third-party or untested alternative, ensuring it works cohesively throughout the phone. Best of all, it’s compact and easy to use with one hand, but offers a screen larger than its direct competitors. We love it, and think you will to... Full review

Cutting corners like a pro

LG G6

from GSMArena
Call it flagship, call it bestseller, call it whatever you want, then go ahead and call it yours. The LG G6 is the full package with just the right corners carefully filed away pixel by pixel. We hear 'value' and we think it will cost peanuts - well, no. You get what you pay for here, and you get a lot... Full review

Modern hardware layout and construction

LG G6

from PhoneArena
The LG G6 is a phone that wears its ambition on its sleeve. It's not afraid to say, “to hell with the past; this is the way things are now.” It doesn't look like a G4 or a G5, nor does it feel like one. And while that kind of departure from the status quo can be enormously risky, the vast majority of our interactions with the G6 suggest that it's a move LG was wise to make... Full review

The first truly great flagship phone for 2017

LG G6

from Pocket-lint
All in all the LG G6 is a great phone that's every bit the flagship. It'll give the forthcoming competition a run for their money over the course of 2017 and with Samsung's history dented due to the Note 7 debacle, the stage is set for quite the showdown against the imminent Galaxy S8... A masterful marriage of hardware and software

LG G6

from PC Advisor
LG has quietly managed to build a mature phone with next to no bezels and some genuinely unique tweaks to software, leaving it feeling fresher and more creative than any Android phone we’ve seen for a while... Full review

Offers decent performance for the price

LG Tribute HD

from PC Magazine
The LG Tribute HD is an affordable phone with a slim build and nice display, but it falls short in other regards. Battery life is poor and the camera fails to impress, even in good lighting... Full review

Built more for media junkies

LG V20

from VR-Zone
In conclusion, at a retail price of S$998, the LG V20 is actually a smartphone that’s worth its price tag, especially if you are an avid photographer, videography, or audiophile. If there is any smartphone in the market that’s built for media junkies, it is without a doubt, the LG V20... Full review

Buy this for the unique, not best, camera

LG V20

from The Indian Express
Should you buy? Yes, if you can afford it and love a great camera which has the potential to be a conversation starter. The LG V20 is among the best Android flagships out there, but make sure you need the extra features for which you are going to be spending some serious money. The V20 is by no means cheap, and if you need a good flagship there are better options there... Full review

The best looking budget android phone around

LG K8

from Know Your Mobile
I love the way the LG K8 looks. I think it is one of the best looking budget Android phones on the market right now. The camera is decent and performance, providing you’re not expecting Galaxy S7-levels of grunt, is more than adequate for normal usage. The software is useful, well executed and adds in lots of utility. If you’re in the market for a very cheap and very capable Android phone that also looks rather snazzy the LG K8 should high on your watch list... Full review

Worst phone ever put in place of my hand.

LG Joy

The battery dies so quick, even when the screen is off, it's generally a slow phone, all the apps crash and the camera is the worst. Trading it for an iPhone.

Great for the price

LG Escape 3

Unless you're used to iphone or Samsung galaxy this is a perfect little smartphone. Great call quality, good screen, battery life, can't complain as I don't use my phone as a laptop replacement. It's perfect

I see people banging on there phone all the time like they have nothing else to do. Most have zero personality so smart phones replace that part of there liefs. I have plenty to do without chatting with someone else all day and making my life tolerable. I'm 23 and hate smart phones, I have one but use my LG 441 more, one handed use is perfect. Get one you might have a personality after all. If your a democrat you have no idea what I just said and go back to your cave.

BEST of mine

LG KF600

I fell in love with this phone/ as it reflects my optimal user style - the screen is interactive (I'm highly visual) + it's very comfortable to hold & type too. Extremely user-friendly. It's really sad I can't find a new one like that again!

The phone was advertised on other sites as having a digital compass, which is a basic requirement for a smartphone. It appears there is confusion as to whether the phone does or doesn't have a digital compass. LG technical staff I've talked to claim not to know what a digital compass is! The phone is totally frustrating. I would not have bought it if I had known it wouldn't work properly. Don't touch it with a bargepole.

About LG

Few cell phone manufacturers have received as much attention as LG over the past several years, mainly because they keep coming out with great devices. LG is responsible in large part for turning cell phones into show phones, with sexy form factors, brushed metal fascias and functionality to back up the good looks.

LG is an enormous multinational corporation with 75 subsidiaries throughout the world, but their cell phone division has truly been one of their showpieces. You may be familiar with the “Shine Line” of phones that include a number of shiny flips and sliders that have racked up huge sales for carriers.

By 2005 LG was a Top 100 global brand. In addition to great cell phones, LG is the largest manufacturer of liquid crystal displays.

The company got its start in 1958 under the name GoldStar, making radios, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners.
