T-Mobile’s SCH-T339 flip offers something new and different: it is compatible with T-Mobiles Hotspot at Home service, which means you can make free, VOIP-like calls at home from your cell phone, calls which do not count against your minutes! How cool is that.
The SCH-T339 is essentially a basic flip in most other respects, including a color external screen, an internal screen with modest 176 X 220 resolution, a camera with 4x digital zoom, Bluetooth 2.0, and spacious keys that are comfortable and rare to find on a flip. It also boasts a beautiful deep ruby red shell.
It also offers an alarm, calculator, calendar and Wi-Fi (which is a requisite for the special Hotspot at Home feature).
The SCH-T339 runs on at EDGE speeds and offers a talk time of up to 6 hours.
The numerical keypad is done up in rows of alternating color, which make it really easy on the eyes (Why didn’t someone think of that before?).
If you are interested in T-Mobiles Hotspot at Home service, this may be a great way for you to go.
