LG shows some form factor flair with its AX-300, a blue and silver two-tone flip with a slight hourglass look.
Similar to the AX-275, the LG 300 does have a larger display, adds color to its external display, Bluetooth and speaker-independent voice dialing.
With LG making so many innovative, touch screen devices these days, it great to see that on their simpler models they still offer up a feature set that is both useful and welcomed.
Inside you will find the navigation array set above the numeric keypad and surrounded by the familiar ‘send’, ‘end’ and ‘clear’ keys, and two soft keys flanking the top left and right.
The AX-300 provides a rated 3.3 hours of talk time and 7.5 days of standby time, and the main display has a modest 176 x 220 pixel resolution. And if you are really popular you’ll be happy to know it comes with a 1,000 phone book capacity.
Good phone from a great company. If you would like quality but simple flip, LG’s AX-300 does “simple” much better than some of its competitors.
