Pro: Customizable backgrounds and banners. Con: Lag, Lag, and even more Lag... Using experience: 6 months I saw this phone on the Metro PCS site and I thought it was very nice so I recieved it as a birthday present. When I first got the phone, the lag wasn't bad. I called a representative and they said that the lag problem was memory issues, so I bought a MicroSD card. Memory must not have been the problem because as time went on the lag got worse and worse. I have now had the phone for 6 months and the lag is so bad that I write a text and 30 seconds later the letters begin to show up. I am very disappointed in this phone. For Christmas, I will be getting the Samsung Instinct which i know will be a better phone. I have a friend who has the Kyocera and their lag isn't as bad as mine, but still lags. Also know that this is my opinion of the phone. If your phone works properly then maybe it's just my phone. Thanks : ) Less

Pro: Great camera for this level phone. contacts organized well. Con: No ability to personalize menus, etc. if i close phone when using bluetooth or when i'm on speaker phone, it ends the call - i can't carry the phone around closed and still be using it on speaker or bluetooth Using experience: 5 days For the low cost of this phone, it provides great camera, and, if you're willing to shell out more money, you can play music. however, the features for the PHONE itself are lacking. i am going to return it because of the inability to close the phone when i'm using my bluetooth - i need to be able to stick the phone in my pocket and work and still talk. can't do that very well when the phone is open. minor complaints: there are very few ringtones pre-programmed into the phone; the font for text messages is out-dated and ugly; i can't personalize the menu; i have to go through a couple steps to get to my text inbox. finally, the shape of the phone when it's open doesn't fit my face very well. just not all that user-friendly for the phone itself. The speakers are horrible, I keep the phone in my pocket and can never seem to hear it ring until the missed call beep sounds off. If you want to use the MP3 player don't expect to hear it, the speaker is not very loud for that either. it has a video camera but u can only record for 15 seconds. Battery life is awful. Reception is bad. The phone itself is ugly and the screen should be bigger. Also, there's not very much u can customize on this phone (shortcuts, order of items, ect.) Less

Using experience: 2 weeks i love this phone. nevermind i figured it out as soon as you put your old memory card it just format your memory card. then now i drag everything into the memory card under the folder my music.
