Aesthetically pleasing deisgn, slim software

from Absolute Geeks

The HTC Desire 10 Pro is an aesthetically pleasing smartphone, with a beautiful gold contour framing the smartphone. An HD display does a great job of reproducing colours but lacks in brightness and, while I would like to have had a QHD display, for a mid-tier smartphone it’s more than apt for the job. The camera on the Pro does a bang up job of taking pictures, even in low light and is more than adequate for a mid-tier smartphone. However, the place the HTC Desire 10 Pro falls short is in the performance department. Compared to other industry leading mid-tier smartphones, the HTC 10... Full review

Great looks overshadowed by high-price and poor performance

from tech2
HTC needs to set its priorities right. While I was happy with how good the smartphone looks, its performance is as good as a budget device. Selling such a phone in the territory of the OnePlus 3 is a bad idea... Full review

Striking looks and good build quality but a bit too expensive

from NDTV
The HTC Desire 10 Pro is a good device but at Rs. 26,470, its pricing is on the higher side, which makes us think twice before recommending it. The SoC is not the best when you consider other Android smartphones around this segment that pack faster ones, and this phone also misses out on some conveniences like a Type-C USB connector, NFC, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac... Already in a pool of death

from The Mobile Indian
For the final call, the Desire 10 Pro is quite good if we look at it in terms of overall performance. However, with the price tag of Rs 26,490, it is just not up with the likes of other devices in that price range. HTC smartphones have delivered some impressive piece of creativity especially in terms of the design in the past, however, the price tag has been a let down in most of them. Same is the case with the Desire 10 Pro. While the device doesn’t fail miserably in any department, the price will be a deal breaker for most of the buyers... Full review

Sturdy and good looking, good image quality

from Digit
The HTC Desire 10 Pro is a decent smartphone. In fact, it is one of the better smartphones that HTC has produced in the recent past. However, it doesn’t really keep up with the competition. It has a good camera, decent battery life and display, and really good looks, which means you can still consider it... Full review

Looks good, ticks most of the boxes

from The Indian Express
Should you buy it? Well, if you’re looking for a phone that exudes the build and elegance of a flagship, then yes. If you need a high resolution camera (both on the front and back), then the HTC Desire 10 Pro is a really good option seeing how the competition in this price segment doesn’t offer anything similar. For the price, HTC offers an excellent Android experience, good cameras and good audio output along with battery life that meets expectations... Full review
