I've only had this phone for a month but after reading other reviews here, I have another 30 days before the phones true colors show themselves. I do have a few disappointments already. Phone does not answer when flipped open, I have to manually press the green key to connect the call. I checked the manual to see if I could program it to do that, negative. Photo album / screen display keeps erasing itself, calendar doesn't have a seperate reminder ring tone for schedule appointments ectera. Last complaints are minor, so far, just an issue with call quality which supplier says is fixed with a signal reboot. I'll let you know if this is a tall tale to shut me up. If it is...it's back to my nemisis"Bell" Less

Disappointed with this phone

Battery only last a very short while even with little use and takes over 5 hours to charge! The alarm goes off even when it's not set, keys are sometimes hard to press, it doesn't tell you what time messages were sent, only when received, texting can sometimes be fiddly and a pain, unable to switch off the annoying tune when it is first switched on, etc, etc, and I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Great phone, handyband tough

I would have given this a 9 but owners will soon find there is no battery available for this phone. I have waited for 12 weeks and no retailer has a battery. Even Amazon has no battery for this phone so now it is worth nothing much.

Not satisfied

I have had a Doro 620 for less than 3 months. First issue was after about 3 weeks, the outer window had a crack in it. I had not dropped it so this happened while it was in my pocket. I likely bumped into something with keys in my pocket. Only a guess but that window should withstand normal use. I am a...More
I have had a Doro 620 for less than 3 months. First issue was after about 3 weeks, the outer window had a crack in it. I had not dropped it so this happened while it was in my pocket. I likely bumped into something with keys in my pocket. Only a guess but that window should withstand normal use. I am a senior and do not play hockey or any violent sports. Now after 3 months it locks up and will only respond by pulling the battery and restarting it. My cell phone supplier (Rogers) said it will cost me 150.00 to replace. My rating of 1 is generous to the phone and the supplier. Less

I hate this phone because

it does not stay charged very long. My previous cell phone stayed charged for days, I'm lucky if this one lasts two days.

Bought 84 year old dad the easyphone 614 and after 13 months the led screen has gone and he cannot ring out. E mailed Doro 5 days ago, prompted them on twitter, still no response - dreadful customer service, it’s his lifeline and they don’t give a stuff.

Michele

Still no response from Doro.
