What's good
- Very affordable
- Covers basic features well
What's bad
- Poor display quality
- Awful camera performance
The Alcatel One Touch Fierce is the kind of phone for people who would describe themselves as budget-conscious. Phone Scoop's Eric M. Zeman says so himself in his full review, further explaining that despite the phone's weaknesses, it's still able to cover most of the basics with aplomb.
Unfortunately where it falls, it falls hard. PhoneArena criticized its screen which offered poor viewing angles, as well as its built-in camera that only seemed to produce "dull and lifeless" pictures. Lynn La from Cnet echoed the sentiment, even going so far as to say that it simply isn't a worthwhile purchase.
One positive all reviewers could seem to agree on was the price, which in comparison to other phones in this range, looks good.
With all that said, the consensus seems to be this: if you value performance first and foremost in your phone, you may never be able to forgive yourself for going with the One Touch Fierce. But if you don't care so much about specs and would rather save some money by purchasing a basic model that is able to get a job done, then this might be an ok pick.

- Robert Nelson, Android CommunityThe Alcatel ONE TOUCH Fierce may not be our personal favorite. In fact, it may not be one that we would even consider purchasing. Still, we do see some value. The handset has a real solid build, it runs smooth, has Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and other decent features such as the camera. Bottom line here...

- FAUguy, PhoneArenaEven though the Alcatel One Touch Fierce has an attractive price point of $164, and is a moderately attractive smartphone, we just can’t get past the issues that we had with the device. Even though the display is good size at 4.5", the consistent blue-hue and poor viewing angels makes us not e...

- Lynn La, CnetEven if you're on a tight budget, you should skip Alcatel's One Touch Fierce in favor of a better prepaid phone.
