We had have had the ZTE home base unit for one year now and call forwarding has never worked. Consumer Cellular from facebook has told me that my model does not have call forwarding on it but yet it says in my manual that it does. This is what they have told me leaving me totally confused. "Hi Martha, I apologize that the incorrect information was given. However, our current model of the ZTE Home Base does not have access to call forwarding at all. We do not have a way to enable, or unblock it, since it is not an option for that particular device." So does anyone else have the ZTE home unit base, model WF723CC. Why would Consumer Cellular sell the ZTE home base without call forwarding now? Is this true.
