Why am I not getting notifications for texts on my Samsung phone?
I'm not getting notified when I have text. The volume is on; and i can when someone is calling.

Hi Ellie. Open the Messages app > tap the menu icon (3 circle dots) > Choose settings > Notification, make sure it is enabled.
