When call on Panasonic eluga I2 from enother mobile the coustomer says the Panasonic eluga I2 mobile is switched off
I am also facing same issue with Panasonic Eluga Arc 2. I can make calls to other phones but when I am trying to call to Panasonic, it says phone is switched off. Does it a problem with Panasonic phones or have to change some settings?
Hi Deepak. Check your network signal. What the callers hear is probably because of weak to non-existent network signal on your phone and not because your phone is off.
