Since the wifi connects at 2.4gHz not at 5 depends on how your wifi hub is set. Check your hub for settings at 2.4gHz, some default to 5gHz and dont set up 2.4

I have the same issue.

all my other gadgets are connected to the wifi. Only my zte grand x view 3 does not connect. It just saves the ssid and password, but does not connect.

also, it connects to other wifi, just not on my telus wifi hub.

help please. I want to use it in my home.

Hi Sptehanie. Does the ZTE Grand X View 3 even connect to any other Wi-Fi hotspot? Or do your other devices get to connect on your Wi-Fi hub? Let's figure out which one's not working first.
