Why can't my mom hear ringtones on the Doro PhoneEasy 508?

I bought the doro phoneEasy 508 but my mum cannot hear the ring tones i have also some difficulty

Hi Pat. Maybe your mom just doesn't notice it. Try changing to a ringtone that's more noticeable and make sure to max out the volume.
