Hi Beak-air. According to the manual which you can find in ZTE N762 page here in The Informr: Tap Home Key > Menu Key > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything. Keep in mind that all your personal data and downloaded apps will be erased after the reset.
