i am trying to many times remove female wifi waiting and also download search engine voice 1 and voice 2 both but its not working properly how can remove this bug give me some tips i try to many times but not removing properly please suggestion

Same problem facing

It is not a bug. Looks like some voice pack is getting downloaded automatically over your wifi network.
Goto Settings > Additional Settings > Language and Input > scroll down and select Text-to-speech output >
You will find a Setting icon infront of Google Text-to-Speech engine option.
Tap on that Icon > Click on Install Voice data
You will get a list of all languages.
Select Chinese (China) from the list
And Delete the Voice Set  that is shown as downloading
If you want you can re-download it.

The "Downloads" window opens which shows downloading and downloaded items list.And to add, nothung is shown on the downloading list whereas it does display waiting for Wifi Female for English. I am using WiFi.
