I've had this mobile since 2005 .and from that time to present I never get a proper service from it. It always blanks out or shuts off during conversation. It is always on low battery even though it has been fully charged. I took it to my technician and he said that the main circuit board is bad and perhaps it was a refurbished one. Is this possible? I love this phone that's why I made the purchase. Less

(possibly the worst mistake since letting hitler have power.) anyways, i really miss it now. ever though it was really chunky, and in it's last few weeks proceeded to turn off on me frequently, i really miss it. i dropped it so many times, and yet only in the last 2 months of it's 3 and a half year life was it a problem. ladies and gentlemen, if you can still buy this phone anywhere, please do, you won't regret it. (in zim) the battery is very good. i have used the same battery for the whole 3 years and it has been great. also dropped the phone alot and only recently started reseting when i knock it. it can only take up to 512 MB of memory the picture viewer is slow and not compatible with other formats and will only open pics that are small. i like the outer display. the speaker is nice and loud. I've had this phone for a full 2 years and i've had minimal problems with it.. iv dropped it a LOT of times, iv had the battery fly out into the snow and dirt and grime and iv talked on it for hours and days and received many many texts, its got a mp3 player built in along with lighted keypad, speakerphone, you name it, its probably got it. My 9 key is starting to get hard to push, and the spring in the flip part broke a long time ago but i like it better now as its easier to open and use with one hand. Iv got like hundreds of pictures on facebook from this camera and dozens of videos on my computer, i bought a ringtone long time ago, still using it although i mostly use vibrate. Everything is customizable, it doesnt get old you can just change the background or button layout or theme, etc. Cons: The only con i can really think of (for myself) is its too bulky and ugly, its very beat up and scratched..bulges out of my pocket. Another con may be the loudness of the phone when in a phone call, it can be hard to hear the person your talking to when your outdoors or in a school or crowded area. Even at full blast i have a habbit of plugging my ear while talking. Great phone, would pay good money for a newer phone with this ones quality.. (am currently debating on buying a newer thinner one) Less

I have it for more than 2 years and had no problems at all.Because it's a discontinued model,I considered to buy a new model but after reading tons of reviews I will stick with my v360. I'm too afraid of the new fancy looking cells that sacrifice quality over features. It might be bulky and ugly looking compared with the new ones but does the main job flawlessly.I have separate good mp3 player and photo camera so all I want from v360 is to be a good cell phone.Ad it is. Dropped many times even on concrete, talked hundreds of hours, more or less abused it.Still works like on it's first day.If this one eventually dies on me,I would probably look on Ebay for a replacement.
