Hi Darlene, are you getting errors on the screen when you try to play games? Or are you unable to even install them in the first place? I may be wrong but I think it has something to do with the specs of the phone. To be more specific, its version of Android is severely outdated, its processor is not very powerful, it lacks enough internal storage space for many games, and its screen resolution is too low. Simply put, it probably just wouldn't be able to handle the games even if you could find a way to install them, so you would be unable to play anyway. Does that answer your question?
