I was told to late to return but I wish to anyway
Why were people lied too about this usless piece of junk. When I went to get what I thought was Q10, this is what I was given. I said "this is not the phone I saw that I was waiting for" the body is different and it's called Z10 not Q10. I was told they must have decided to change body and initial at last minute. RIGHT!!! Imagine my surprize when I hear the phone I wanted was being released MaY 1ST..this phone has been a nightmare from day one. The koodo outlet here was no help, and now I'm stuck paying for a phone that I will have to trash. This phone calls people on it's own and the list goes on and on.
This phone also has spybot on it. What's with that?
Hi Karol. You can only send your phone back to Koodo since that's where you got your phone. But if what you say is true that you were deceived, you can contact the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) or theIndustry Canada's Office of Consumer Affairs (OCA) to make a complaint. I'm sure they would help you with your issues with Koodo.
