I am in the process of activating a new Lucky SIM, porting my number from Koodo.  It got through the process so far:  number to port, plan selection, credit card ... on the last screen, there is an "Agree" button which I clicked.  Then I clicked the last Submit button, but instead of completing activation and taking me to the last page, it comes back to the "Review & Submit" page.  Please help.  Tx
