Hi Dianne. Have you charged your phone? If you did but it still doesn't want to open, you can remove the battery and insert it back in. Turn it on and see what happens.
If it still doesn't turn on, it could be an issue with your phone or your battery. Contact Samsung to find out where you can send or bring your phone to be checked.
