Go to Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Paired Devices > Search > New Search.
Once the phone finds the device you are connecting then select the model of the device showing, then the phone will ask if the codes match, the answer should be "yes". Then it will connect. You may need to check your vehicle's user manual for further instructions.
