Where can you get service for the Kyocera 5135 in BC?
Anyone know anywhere in BC where I can get this fixed???

Not sure in Canada, but in US, the Kyocera 5135 flip phones no longer comply with the new enhanced 911 service requirements and can no longer be activated. The 'Service Required' message means that the phone needs to be activated. Maybe this helps.
