I have an iPhone 5s and every time I try to log into the cricket app it says I didn't enter the correct information. Then I go to forgot username and password, put my number in then the security question is "what's your favorite food" I have literally tried ever option of what I would put as an answer but none of them have worked? Is there a way to fix this
