I have tried in all original rom of ke note , other way is to root your phone , download es file browser in internal root memory go to system > priv-app > delete whole cell broadcast folder with all content then restart your cell

I am facing same problem with k3 note. I think up gradation is not done properly. We have to reset the phone to factory setting and then again upgrade to 6.0.

hi there. i upgraded my lenovo K3 Note to Android version to 6.0 Marshmallow. i am disabling the alerts under the message settings->cell broadcast settings and unchecking the ETWS checkbox. but as soon as i am getting out of that window the check box is checked as if (the settings not getting saved)and i am receiving those alerts. :-( Can anyone help on this? its really irritating me. - issue is similar to other posted above
