How to add APN settings on the Alcatel One Touch Pop Nova?
I can't send multimedia messages on my Straight Talk Alcatel One Touch Pop Nova. I was told to update the settings, but I can't seem to find them. I was told to go to Settings, select "More" under the Wireless & networks group, select mobile networks and then access point names. However when I get to mobile network settings, there is no choice for access point names. There are only three choices: a "Data enabled" check box, Data Roaming Access and System select. How can I access my APN settings so I can change them?

I've got the same problem. And there are *NO* APN settings. I've had to call once a week (at least a couple times) to get my data re-enabled. They also sent me a new SIM. Last week they were no longer able to figure it out anymore. My issue got escalated through support and they finally just sent me a return label and send me a new phone.
Oh by the way, it's the same damn model. I'm just waiting for the same thing to happen again and have to call India repeatedly and try to explain...
Even when they do fix it, it only lasts a few days. It would seem they've sold enough of these phones they'd at least be familiar with the issue. But they don't seem really familiar with anything...
