Connect your INQ Chat 3G to your PC using the USB cable provided. On the INQ dashboard, click on the 'File transfer' icon to open windows that allow you to easily drag and drop files between your computer and INQ Chat 3G. If you prefer using PC Suite, you'll find the file transfer options under the Media tab. You can download PC Suite here.
To access the files on the SD card from PC, you can also explore it as you would any removable disk. Make sure you connect the handset while on the home screen and select 'Yes' when asked to transfer files directly to and from your memory card. You can now access the phone's SD Card. source
