Hi Nancy. If you want to change your Koodo Mobile number, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Self Serve (link) account.
2. Click on Self Serve at the top of the screen, and select Phone Services from the drop down menu.
3. Go to link box at bottom of page, select Change Number.
4. Select I need a new mobile phone number.
5. Select the province and city for your new number.
6. Select a new area code from the drop down list, and click Search.
7. Select a new phone number. (If no phone numbers appear, select a new area code number and click Search.)
8. Select Change Number.
9 .Your new phone number will be confirmed.
