Why does the wrong name appear to persons I call from my phone?
wrong name appears on phone of persons I call from my phone, have made 3 calls to service with no changes happening. All reps I have talked with do not seem to know what they are doing

I'm guessing there must be a problem with the service provider's end. The number must be owned by someone that has that name before it was put into the cycle again.
