What the Critics Are Saying...

Top10.com

VPNCity is a great choice of VPN for users that place a high priority on being able to access geo-restricted web content such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Its server speed is also impressive and it can be used with ShadowSocks for extra anonymity.

VPN Compare

A new VPN offering a decent network, nice apps and excellent speeds. But a lack of transparency in key areas leaves room for work.

VPNCity is short on features and we don't have prices yet, but well-designed clients and decent speeds have got the service off to a good start. Take the free month's trial for a spin, but be careful-- VPNCity is in beta, and it may not always work as you expect.

If you’re looking for an easy-to-use VPN with great customer service, keep looking. VPNCity isn’t for you. Installation was a nightmare. My app crashed every time I tried to log in, and customer support wasn’t able to help me. Its plans are only marginally cheaper than premium services like NordVPN....

If you’re looking for an easy-to-use VPN with great customer service, keep looking. VPNCity isn’t for you. Installation was a nightmare. My app crashed every time I tried to log in, and customer support wasn’t able to help me. Its plans are only marginally cheaper than premium services like NordVPN. It lacks most of the features I’d expect to see in a premium VPN, like functional apps and fast servers. Skip VPNCity and go for a better VPN with friendly, reliable customer support.
