There will be a lot of people who don’t care about user friendliness and prefer the available way to connect to a VPN, and there will be many who have no clue as to how to use this product. Security and usability have poles-apart ratings. Connection time and internet speed also don’t fit inside the...

There will be a lot of people who don’t care about user friendliness and prefer the available way to connect to a VPN, and there will be many who have no clue as to how to use this product. Security and usability have poles-apart ratings. Connection time and internet speed also don’t fit inside the same bracket. The product is technically sound and updated, but they need to bridge the gap between the user and the product.

AzireVPN is a very small and compact yet very reliable VPN service that prioritizes users’ privacy and security over having a really large VPN network. With only 33 servers across 5 countries, AzireVPN still uses a really strong AES 256-bit encryption and multiple security protocols in keeping its users anonymous. Its servers are typically very fast, making the service ideal for streaming. You can also be rest assured that the service comes with no bandwidth restrictions too.

Do I Recommend AzireVPN? Unfortunately, I do not. And I stress the word “unfortunately” because I really wanted to recommend it. The company is efficient and informative. Their customer service was superb and I really like their anti-logging policy. The website is super helpful; one of the best I’ve seen. It just wasn’t enough. It’s overpriced and too slow with such a limited server park. Leaks are always hard for me to get over. Especially without a kill switch for most devices.

AzireVPN has the potential to be a fantastic product. At the moment, however, there are a few factors holding it back. There’s a severe lack of servers—22 across 5 countries. There’s also a lack of kill switch, and speeds leave something to be desired. The lack of strong Netflix support is another letdown. While AzireVPN is competitively priced, has fair customer service, uses strong encryption and is easy to use, its potential is held back by missing the basics of what a good VPN should provide.

No, I do not recommend AzireVPN. On the contrary, I found its various features like logging policy, compatibility, pricing and online payment options quite handy and equal to the task. I tested its different privacy benefits like IP, DNS, and WebRTC leak protection. Fortunately, I did not encounter any such leaks during the testing phase. Similarly, it can unblock US Netflix in no time. However, it does not have impressive server network like other VPNs. Their jurisdiction is also not conducive for netizens as well.

AzireVPN is a pretty good VPN for both beginners and advanced users who don’t mind the absence of a stand-alone application. Due to this, they lack some important features, such as an internet kill switch. But there are some good features too such as the IPv6 supports, great customer support, easy signup and installation, and also the 7-day money back guarantee. You might be able to access Netflix and other streaming sites by connecting to the UK server. But there are also no good server options for users in China, the torrent download speeds are below average, and they do not give refunds for Bitcoin payments.

Secure Thoughts

Low monthly rates, very strong encryption

from Secure Thoughts

AzireVPN is really reasonably priced, with rates around $5 per month. Honestly though, given the poor quality of their service, I’d say the least they could do is have an affordable rate.
