Headline It's Not Nexus But It's Still Bangin'

If you're in the market for a small-scale tablet device and the Nexus 7 hasn't taken your fancy, then the G-Pad 8.3 is definitely a solid choice. The design is appealing, the screen is pin-sharp and there's enough power under the bonnet to keep most users happy.

The price is also something of a plus point - at the time of writing some retailers are selling it for around £200, which may be more than the Nexus 7 but isn't a bank-breaking increase. And when you consider that you're getting a MicroSD card slot, a faster processor and a larger display, it's easy to justify the additional cost.
