This cell phone worked good for my kid while traveling

Robbie

Solid device for the cost

I bought this device for talk/text while roaming and it worked fine. A solid device for $30.

Do not recommend this phone

I did not like this phone waste of money.

This is a new phone dependent on users to navigate its programs. The 45 p. users' manual does not, for example, indicate where the CTL key is, but requires its use in some functions. The one illustration of the FB 100 Breeze phone fascia is indistinct, with directional lines lost in a blurry background. I have been working with the great live chat staff at Roam Mobility for over three days, and for four hours this afternoon, trying to figure out its functions. Because of the lack of direction and specificity in the published details, I am currently limited to using the phone connection only. The phone book does not allow an entry of more than 5 characters for a name, for example. It took much of the afternoon and sending of photos of the problem to Roam Mobility just to insert the sim card but a call from one of the patient Breeze Roam Mobility staff finally managed to solve the mystery of how it fits which an engineer neighbor, used to different phones from his work around the world, could not solve! So, may I publicly thank Lynda, Lois, Gary, Vera and anyone else whom I may have inadvertently mis-remembered, for their patience? Really, before any product is launched, it must be given a dry run by representative users and then have extensive YouTube sources on its features for some of us, short of time, to follow and from which to learn. I have just finished a month's testing of one website about to be launched, uncovering some bugs for the hosts, and every product should have similar testing. I'm rating the phone LOW for now, simply because of the hassle of setting up and the inaccessibility, counter-intuitive nature of the rest of its programs. (I have another mobile, not Roam, which is WAY simpler to use but can only be used in Canada. I give it very high marks, but am told that that model and program are now available only to its original purchasers). Less

I'm having a problem inserting the sim into a FB101. How did you insert the sim?
