No video!!!!!! support at all. battery lasts like 14 hours max on a day i use it alot. the side volume controls are laggy and sometimes dont recognize im pushing them. ringtones on the phone suck lol but are better than my shuttles Using experience: 2 months I love my phone but im very easy to please and understand technology. If i had my choice i mite have gone back to my last shuttle but i sold it to my friend for alot of money and this had just come out and i wanted to try it. txting took 2 days to get used to but i love the qwerty keyboard. i txt a little slower with this phone than i did with my shuttle but qwerty keyboards are so fun.
