Why does the Alcatel One Touch Pop D1 not make a sound when receiving a text?
My ALCATEL onetouch Pop D1 does not make any sound or vibrations when i receive a txt.
The phone is not on silent, how do i get it to make a sound when i get a txt?

Maybe you just didn't notice the tone. Try changing to a louder and longer ringtone.
