Why does my Doro phone go silent?
I missed several calls on my Doro as it turned itself silent for some reason?

Hi Fiona. Which Doro phone are you using? Check the volume buttons if they are broken or loose. Or maybe you accidentally pressed volume down button that your phone went to silent mode.
