When I get call on my Samsung Galaxy Grand 2, the other person can't hear me. Why?
My phone works great except when I get a call they can't hear me but I hear them fine

The mic on your phone may not be working or it could be an issue with your connection. Contact Samsung to get your phone repaired or contact your carrier to report possible network issues.
