I'm using honor holly mobile since 7 months. But last few days my mobile is giving on off problem, when I turns on mobile after showing honor logo mobile gets off. Same problem is occurring when I turn on the mobile. Give me some suggestion, waiting for your Rply

I am facing the problem in auto rotation and usb storage option in huawei honor holly. How to rectify my problems. auto rotation not working and usb selection mode not coming.

The problem is with you proximity sensors.Do not worry follow me:
1. switch off the phone .
2.power on by pressing the power button and volume down down button.
3. when the honor logo comes leave all button.
4. you will come into a screen called like factory .....
5.click on full test.
6.then when it comes to proximity calibration setting place the phone on a flat ground (remove any case of protecting cover on the phone) the hit calibrate .when it shows pass click on the big pass botton. the remove the battery of the phone . then put it in and boot the phone .YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SLOVED
