Guys say me vat 2 do when v cannot hear the incoming call voice ...vat is the solution for  its ????

I can hear music but unable to use for call

Hi thanks for this all I had to do was drag the centre circle over the green to answer or red to reject, so all is now fine, no re sets required!

Guys this is only a Unusual GUI for picking up the call All you have to do is Drag the circle to Green Icon to PickUp Drag the circle to Red icon to Reject the call Apparently there is no Detailed User Manual ( Not the 15 page basic guide you get in the Box, that does not give much other than location of sensors and buttons ) Which describes this interface If any one knows of this Manual please guide us to it

I too had the same issue. Did reset to all app preference in Setting>Apps  and working fine for me. No need to do master reset. 

Note : Issue created by some App only.

I am able to receive/reject the call but in a different way, is this a defect or functionality

1- Just drag the inner circle in the direction of call reject or receive icon and you will be able to perform the action

You don't need to reboot or switch off the lenova vibe phone to answer the call, simply you need to drag the call answer icon to the middle of circle.

Switch off your phone. Remove your battery , Memory card and Simcard. Wait for 5 minutes. Then reinsert everything and reboot. Should be okay

New phone, used only for a week. Lenovo VIBE K5, not able answer to the incoming calls. Able to hear incoming call ringtone, but not able to answer. After rebooting able to answer the calls only for couple of hours. After that again the same issue, not able to hear incoming call volume, not able to answer any incoming calls. Basic functionality of the phone is not working.

It's working,.... Gys u allso can pick the incoming call just u need to move the circle which showing on the middle of the screen....u need to move up and down to answer and reject the call

Hi Siva. Hopefully, they will provide you with one. But if they don't, I suggest you perform a master reset. But if issue still persist, Check if there is an update available and update your phone. If that doesn't work, you can perform a master reset and hopefully, that should resolve your issue. In case both methods don't work, since you mentioned it's a new phone, try asking for a replacement. If they find that you have a valid reason, they should provide you with a new one.
