How do I take a contact off the reject list once I have added them. Older Rugby flip phone

My Samsung Rugby II does not have the Reject List #5, at that location on my Rugby it says Service Numbers. No where on the Adress Book does it list Reject List yet I get. Msg that say's Reject List Full. Any help would be appreciated to delete these rejected numbers, thank you
1.From the standby screen, press the right soft key for Menu
2. Select Address Book (8)
3. Select Reject List (5)
4. Highlight the desired entry, using the navigation keys
5. Press the left soft key for Options
6. Select Delete (3)
7. Choose Selected (1)
8. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm the deletion of the Reject List entry
