What to do when Samsung Galaxy A7 freezes?
It just freeze after i leave on my desk for a few min, when i come back i can't unlock my screen and everything, and it wont restart by holding power button

I have the same problem, I tried what had been suggested here but my phone isn't getting switched on anymore.. please help
Press and hold the power key 'til it shuts off. Other users press and hold volume down key + power key at the same time to restart the phone.
