Does Eastlik have cell phones to use only for emergencies with 10 hours of time on it and how much does it cost?
I want something cheap that I can pay for 10 hours ahead of time not a contract to pay each month

Hi Doreen. I think what you're looking for is a prepaid plan. Eastlink doesn't have offer any at the moment. Check out The Informr's prepaid plans page and find what fits your needs the best. Hope that helps!
