All of a sudden my text messages are not being displayed on my liberto mini. get prompt to say message has been received but nothing is displayed. Help please!

Morning. I am unable all of a sudden to read any texts on my Doro liberto mini. I am receiving the prompt to say incoming message received but it is not being displayed on the screen. Any help gratefully accepted! Have tried changing the settings but hasn't worked.
