Huawei Watch GT 2 is all about three main things – design, activity tracking and battery life. In terms of design, the Watch GT 2 succeeds in pretending to be a low key smartwatch and high key wristwatch. It is also nearly perfect for all of your activity tracking needs. With two weeks of battery life, the smartwatch wants to go on and on and when it does, you don’t have to worry about charging. When it comes to wearable, Huawei has pulled out every trick up its sleeve. However, the lack of a really smart operating system limits the wearable.

Beautiful design and 2-week battery life at an affordable price

from India Today

While excels at everything it promises to do, its biggest drawback is the fact that it doesn’t do enough to begin with. From lack of a wide variety of watch faces to the complete absence of an app store to download external apps, the Watch GT 2 does disappoint. However, if you’re someone who...More

While excels at everything it promises to do, its biggest drawback is the fact that it doesn’t do enough to begin with. From lack of a wide variety of watch faces to the complete absence of an app store to download external apps, the Watch GT 2 does disappoint. However, if you’re someone who isn’t particularly keen on using third-party apps such as maps on your smartwatch or customizing it extensively, then the Huawei Watch GT 2 can be the perfect companion for you.

A sleek-looking smartwatch with amazing battery life

from Android Headlines

Most of you will be able to get around two weeks of battery life with this watch, and the display on it is also really, really good. The Huawei Watch GT2 is a bit pricey, though, so… it's up to you to decide whether it's worth it or not. In our opinion, though, this is the best alternative to Tizen and Wear OS smartwatches.

Sharp & bright display, amazing battery life

from PhoneArena

If you’re an Android user on the lookout for a device that’s capable of tracking your workouts but also a bit smarter than a regular fitness tracker, this could be a good purchase. Or, if you’re an iOS user looking for a smartwatch but hate the poor battery life of the Apple Watch, the Huawei Watch GT 2 will solve that problem for you.

Stylish looks with great build quality, amazing battery life

from GSMArena

Huawei Watch GT 2 is a great looking smartwatch that is made to take you through the week without bothering with charging or over-complicated features that might confuse you. It sits on the wrist, makes an impression, measures everything that needs to be measured and brings your phone's notifications to your wrist.

Pocketnow

An all-around smartwatch compatible with both Android and iOS ecosystems

from Pocketnow

It is elegant, accurate, has a great display, killer looks, awesome battery life, and it fixes most of the problems with its predecessor. We’ve already received three updates since using it, and that’s a testimony to HUAWEI’s commitment to constantly improve the product, and the user experience.

Fortress of Solitude

A great fitness and health companion

from Fortress of Solitude

The Huawei Watch GT 2 is a great fitness and health companion, offering a wide variety of tracking options and summaries thereof. From your fitness to your sleep and stress levels, the GT 2 has your covered. It's not your standard smartwatch, with some features stripped away in favour of a more streamlined experience.

Great hardware, limited software

from Android Authority

Huawei’s Watch GT was known for its long battery life and great design, but also for its laggy and limited interface. The Watch GT 2 is a definite step in the right direction, but still lacks in several important areas.
