A smart device that can show and tell

from Tech Guide

The Echo Show is an excellent example of a smart product that can provide a respectable audio and visual experience at the same time. And the good news is, it's only going to get smarter.

Bigger screen, better sound

from Expert Reviews

Overall, the Echo Show 2 is a big improvement on the original. The screen is bigger and brighter, and the quality is better. It looks and feels nicer to use, too, and it sounds pretty damned good, all things considered, not to mention that the microphone array is more sensitive.

Better in every way

from Tom's Guide

The Echo Show has become much, much more than just Alexa with a screen—it feels like a top-tier speaker, a miniature television, a smart-home hub and a sturdy tablet all in one. While I love using the thing, there’s still room for improvement.

Unless you feel betrayed by the original device's sound quality or design, there isn't a compelling reason to upgrade considering new software features will be pushed out to all Echo Shows.
