Virgin Mobile and Bell halt iPhone 5 pre-orders

Due to the overwhelming success of the initial iPhone 5 pre-order phase, both Virgin Mobile and Bell Canada have decided to stop taking any more orders from customers until further notice. Virgin Mobile and Bell started taking pre-orders for the iPhone 5 last week along with other Canadia carriers Fido, Rogers, and Telus. Speaking of which, Telus has reportedly sold out of iPhone 5 units as well and will no longer be taking pre-orders for now.

What Else You Need To Know

  • The iPhone 5 is the sixth iteration of the world-famous Apple smartphone and it comes pre-loaded with iOS 6.
