Toshiba Excite 10 Down to $300 at Costco

Retailer Costco is offering the Toshiba Excite 10 tablet at 30% less, just four months after the worldwide launch of the device. From an original price of $450 (just $50 lower than the entry level iPad 3), the 16 GB Excite 10 is now available for only $300. The 32 GB model is also on sale at $350, down from $530 at launch. The "limited time" offer runs until Dec. 1.

What Else You Need To Know:

- With the Nexus 7 and other $200 7-inch tablets already in the market, Toshiba is getting a second price cut.

- The Excite 10 has 10.1-inch touchscreen display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass protection, 1.2 GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 1 GB of RAM, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich pre-installed, 5 MP rear-facing shooter and 2 MP front-facing camera, and a 1.32 pound weight.
