According to information from a leaked document acquired by Mobile Syrup, the Android-powered Sony Xperia T a.k.a. the Bond phone will be released officially in Canada on November 14th. To be more specific, it will be released by the Canadian carrier Bell, while it is also expected to become available through other carriers which include Rogers, Mobilicity, Videotron, and MTS. Details on pricing have not been announced yet, but currently speculation puts it at $550 outright.
What Else You Need To Know
- The Sony Xperia T comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and features a 4.5-inch HD touchscreen display, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 1,850mAh battery, and is PlayStation Certified.
If US pricing on AT&T is to be taken as an indicator, $99.99 seems to be the safest bet right now, although Canadians should not be terribly surprised if they see that upped or maybe even doubled.- Adrian Diaconescu, Android Authority
