The Android-powered Samsung Galaxy Discover is now available as a prepaid smartphone through the Canadian carrier Telus. It comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as the default operating system and has typical entry-level handset features: 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display, 3-megapixel camera, 4GB of internal storage, and microSD card support. It can be purchased for just $99 outright.
