After releasing their first eco-friendly device, the Renew W233, Motorola has just announced yet another green device in the form of the MOTOCUBO A45.

MOTOCUBO A45

The MOTOCUBO A45, one and the same as the A45 Murano, is a QWERTY-equipped slider that features a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, FM radio with RDS, Google Maps, quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity, and offers quick access to social networking sites such as Facebook, Orkut and MySpace. It also comes with a 2GB memory card in the box as well. For the environmentally conscious individual, you’ll love the fact that 70% of this phone is recyclable and 25% of it is made out of recycled plastic bottles. It may not be a stunner as far as its looks are concerned, but it is, nonetheless, a welcome addition to the whole green movement.

Sadly, though, this new Motorola green phone will only be made available in Brazil beginning next month with an uncertain future outside of the said country. For those of you planning to go there in September of thereafter, you should be able to nab one for 549 Brazil reais which is roughly around $293.
